My oatmeal banana squares are very moist and delicious. Although soft, they hold their shape well and can be enjoyed with a fork or even by hand. They make a great snack for school-going kids.
The best way to store oatmeal banana squares is in an air-tight container in the fridge. They can last up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
I love having my oatmeal banana squares with a hot cup of coffee or my favourite chai. They can be served cold out of the fridge or even warmed up slightly in a microwave.
