Storing Suggestions
My Pineapple Cucumber Agua fresca is best served immediately once cooled. I do sometimes make an extra batch and save it in the fridge for the next day. Because it’s made with fresh fruit which tends to oxidize, it’s best not to keep agua fresca’s for too long. One day in the frdige at most. Just make sure to stir it well before serving.

Agua fresca is a thirst quenching drink made with a blend of fruits and lime. The natural sweetness of the fruit along with the slight tartness of the lime makes it a perfect drink for summer.
Generally agua fresca is made with any kind of fruit and water mix. You can add a hint of sweetener if your fruit isn’t sweet enough and a hint of lime or lemon to give it added tartness and freshness.
Mostly you can use any fruit, however, the best kind of fruit is the one that has a lot of natural liquid in it. These fruits can include, pineapple, mango, watermelon, honeydew melon, cantalope, passionfruit.
