The Eggs for Creamy Garlic Sauce

What makes the creamy garlic sauce creamy? Room temperature eggs are a key to making this sauce creamy. Let’s get started with making our delicious sauce.

  • Crack 2 whole room temperature eggs into a food processor.
  • Blend for 3 minutes or until you see the eggs turn into a light yellow colour.
  • While the processor is still on, pour 1/4 cup of oil into the processor and continue to blend.
  • The eggs will start to thicken.
  • NOTE: At this point, you can use your mixture as mayonnaise.

  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Blend until you have a smooth consistency.

Storing the Creamy Garlic Sauce

I like to use dried herbs, because it helps the sauce last longer. You can use fresh herbs if you will use the sauce within a day or two.

  • Store your sauce in a jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
