Nutrition for Dalgona coffee
Why is my Dalgona coffee not frothing?

Most often the coffee will not froth if you have too much liquid. The ratios of the coffee, sugar, and water have to be even for it to froth and get smooth and delicious.

Why is my Dalgona coffee bitter?

Dalgona coffee will be bitter if you do not add enough sugar or if you use a dark roast instant coffee. To enjoy the perfect cup of Dalgona coffee, use medium roast instant coffee and add enough sugar to get the right consistency and taste.

Can I whip my Dalgona coffee and use it the next day?

Most definitely. Although Dalgona coffee is best enjoyed while it is freshly whipped, you can store it on the counter for the next day. It will settle a little, but if you re-whip it for a couple of minutes, you will get the consistency back and it will be just as delicious.
